 Fully Functional Kitchen: Each cabin has dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, toaster, and a coffee pot. 

Outdoor Grill: Provided for each unit.

Outdoor Seating and Firepit: Goliath has 1 large picnic table, Woody's has a table with 4 chairs. One outdoor swing is available for all cabin guests to enjoy. Guest may want to consider brining additional outdoor chairs. 

AC Window Unit: Each cabin has 1 AC window unit and fans in every bedroom

Important Information

Onsite Parties are Prohibited: Each cabin has a maximum  number of guests allowed, see contract for specifics.

 Pet Friendly: A  maximum of two medium dogs are allowed, and a $50 non refundable fee is required per dog.  Dogs must spayed or neutered, leashed at all times, vaccinated, and treated with a topical flea and tick repellant three days prior to arrival. Additional terms and conditions are listed on the pet agreement. 

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.   Guests may smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated receptacles.

Noise Level:  Neighborhood quiet hours enforced by code are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 

Towels not Included: Guests must bring their own beach and bath towels. We do provide kitchen rags and hand towels.
