In the fall of 2024, we proudly acquired Woody’s and Goliath and are thrilled to welcome you to our cabins! If you’ve previously stayed at Calm Water’s Bay, you may notice some new changes and upgrades. Additionally, we offer a limited number of seasonal slip rentals. Meet the Owners

Keith and Angie are the proud owners of Calm Water’s Bay. Keith was born and raised in Rochester, MN, while Angie grew up in Rollingstone, MN, a charming small town near Winona. We have been happily married for 25 years and currently reside in Rochester, MN, with our teenage daughter and two beloved dogs. Keith is a self-employed vendor in the auto industry, and Angie works for a healthcare organization.

As a child, Angie and her family stayed in both of these cabins when the resport was previously know as Sung Harbor. This personal connection  makes our ownership even more special to us.
