Rental Policy

Boaters Safety: Wisconsin law requires those born on or after January 1, 1989, to pass a Boater Safety course and to carry a Boater Education card while operating watercraft on Wisconsin lakes. The Boating Safety course is offered online at boat-ed.com/wisconsin.
- Lessee agrees to complies with any and all federal, state, county, or municipal laws, rules and regulations covering the use and operation of watercraft.
Requirements to Rent: The driver/lessee must be 21 years old to rent/drive with a valid driver's license.
Lessee Responsibility: The Lessee is responsible for the vessel and must pay for any damages, lost, or stole items that incurs during the rental.
Cleanliness: If the pontoon is returned dirty, muddy, or stained, the lessee will be subject to additional cleaning charges.
Prohibited: No smoking and grills are not allowed on the pontoon.
Hours of Operation: The pontoon will not be operated before sunrise or after sunset.
